In 2010 I was loaned (like a footballer) to the EA Bright light studio to be the real-time VFX artist on Spare Parts. I used their custom particle and effects editor to supply all the visual effects throughout the game. A non-complete list of the effects I created include;
explosions, sparkles, lightning, force-field glows, rain, fire, poisonous gas, waterfalls, god rays, light beams, dust clouds, lazers, crumbling rock etc. etc.
