2018 - Steel Point Tattoo Studio, T Shirt Design

I got the job of turning a two-story high wall mural on the side of a Steel Point Tattoo studio into a monochrome, vector T shirt design.

This was quite an unusual job for me. First I had perspective correct the source photo and then paint in parts of the mural that didn't exist because windows or pipes where there instead.

Once I had a clean image to trace, I created a pure white design using a 'wood cut' style to imply shading. This was done in Photoshop with vector shape layers.
